Mardi Himal Trek Itinerary

Mardi himal trek was opened for trekkers in 2012. Unlike other trekking routes like Annapurna and Everest, Mardi himal trek is short and few number of trekkers trek in this region. Mardi Himal trek consists of short ascends and descends everyday. There are few tea houses along the way that offer accommodation facilities and Nepali meal.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 02: Half day sightseeing in Kathmandu

Day 03: Drive to Pokhara

(6–7 hours)

Day 04: Drive to Phedi and Trek to Deurali

(4–5 hrs trek)

Day 05: Deurali to Forest camp

(6–7 hours)

Day 06: Forest Camp to Low camp

(5–6 hrs)

Day 07: Low camp to High camp

(3–4 hrs)

Day 08: High camp to Upper Viewpoint

(2–3 hours)

Day 09: High camp to Sidhing Village

(6–7 hours)

Day 10: Trek to Lumre, drive to Pokhara

(2–3 hours trek, 2 hours drive)

Day 11: Drive to Kathmandu

Day 12: Final departure
